By accessing or purchasing from WXN Studio (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our website or purchase our products.

2. Products and Licensing

• All scripts and digital products sold by WXN Studio are licensed, not sold. You are purchasing a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product on a single FiveM server.
• Redistribution, resale, or sharing of our products with third parties is strictly prohibited unless explicitly authorized in writing.
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any product beyond what is provided.
• Each purchase grants a license for use on one (1) FiveM server instance unless a multi-server license is explicitly purchased.

3. Delivery and Access

Products are delivered digitally via Tebex. Upon successful payment, you will receive access to download your purchased scripts. Delivery is typically instant but may take up to 24 hours in rare cases. If you do not receive your product, contact us via our Discord server.

4. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all purchases, subject to the conditions outlined therein.

5. Support and Updates

• Support is provided exclusively through our Discord server.
• We strive to keep all scripts compatible with the latest stable releases of FiveM, ESX, and QBCore, but we do not guarantee compatibility with all third-party modifications.
• Product updates are provided at our discretion and may include bug fixes, improvements, or new features.

6. User Conduct

When using our website, Discord server, or products, you agree not to:

• Engage in any activity that violates FiveM's Terms of Service or community guidelines.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or our support staff.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Use our products to create or distribute malicious content.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the WXN Studio website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of WXN Studio and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of any content is prohibited.

WXN Studio provides products “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. We shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, including but not limited to server downtime, data loss, or conflicts with other scripts.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of our website or products after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
